My client, a leading systematic trading firm known for their high-performance infrastructure and innovative strategies, is currently expanding their Infrastructure team and seeking a skilled Data Centre Engineer to play a pivotal role in building and operating their data centre and colo estate.

As a Data Centre Engineer, you will be instrumental in managing physical builds and collaborating with third parties to ensure that all implementations are conducted to a high standard. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the heart of their technological operations and ensure the seamless performance of their data centres.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of complex data centre architectures including operational telemetry.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining physical infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of high-performance data centres and hyper scale infrastructure.
  • Comfortable working with third parties to drive successful project outcomes.

Please note you will need to travel to their office within central London a minimum of 3 days per week.
