Application Support (Hybrid working)

Application Support: UNIX: Structured Rates: ION: Murex
One of my clients, a reputable and successful Investment Bank, is looking to hire an Application Support Analyst to join a team that support a number of cross-asset applications that provide critical information for traders across the Structured Rates business. The applications you will be supporting are both bespoke built apps and connectivity applications which traders use to connect to multiple exchanges and brokers.

Documenting any resolutions with the user as well as training them to reduce issues.
Help with testing and business continuity processes.
Support vendor applications (ION MarketView, Murex, Bloomberg)

Proven track record of working as an Application Support team at another financial services firm within Fixed Income (ideally Rates).
Previous experience supporting vendor platforms (ION, Murex, Bloomberg)
Unix, SQL, FIX
Experience of technical support across a demanding user base in Fixed Income.

The company are operating a hybrid way of working. You will be expected to work in the office three days a week, with the option to work two days a week from home.
