Service Manager
Vertu Volkswagen Leeds is looking for an experienced Service Manager to join one of the largest Motor Retailers within the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a company with a clear growth strategy that offers genuine career progression opportunities.

We are offering a £50,000 Basic salary with an OTE of £70,000 and an excellent range of Company Benefits. Vertu Volkswagen Leeds is ideally located within a busy and well-established automotive market, benefiting from strong local demand and excellent transport links across Leeds and the wider West Yorkshire area. Main Duties
- To take responsibility for implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels in excess of the manufacturer national average.
- To monitor and control costs in line with the business plan, whilst maintaining quality standards and customer service.
- To ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards.
- To ensure that the manufacturer's standards are adhered to at all times.
- To make sure there is a safe working environment which is maintained.
- To monitor colleague performance and support ongoing development.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record within a similar Service Manager role, demonstrating the ability to increase performance, profitability, and operating efficiency. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential, with the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve business objectives.
You should be capable of driving the business forward, maximizing customer satisfaction, and motivating the entire team. Sharing our company values, along with strong communication and organizational skills, is important.
