Join our team at Vertu Harlow Mullti-FranchiseService Centre and become a valued Mechanic/Vehicle Technician.
We are offering a basic salary between £32,000 – £47,780 depending on skills and experience. This is based on a 42 hour working week Monday – Friday only – NO WEEKENDS! and an additional over-performance bonus opportunity. We are also offering a £1000 sign on bonus as well as a £1000 paid in month 6 of employment!
PSA covers the Franchised Brands of Peugeot, Citroen, DS Automobiles and Vauxhall and our stand-alone service facility is fully Franchise Accredited and equipped to a high level and with the very latest technology to complete the service, maintenance, and repairs on the full range of passenger car and LCVs from all of these Franchises.
This is a full time permanent role working 42 hours per week Monday – Friday only – NO WEEKENDS! We are recruiting across the following level technicians and you can expect salaries such as:
- Service and Maintenance Technician salaries up to £37,700
- Service and Diagnostic Technician salaries up to £42,740
- Master Technician salaries up to £47,780
Your role as a Vehicle Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. We are expanding our team and currently seeking skilled individuals who take pride in their work. You will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing vehicles to the highest standards. Your expertise across all aspects of the job will be essential, from straightforward servicing to complex repairs. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
- Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
- MOT license preferred but not essential
- Your own set of tools
- A full UK driving licence
