- Drive sales, revenue, margin, conversion and customer retention goals
- Monitor performance against KPIs and optimize outcomes
- Ensure fast, professional handling of enquiries, quotes and follow-ups
- Support the team with complex quotes, objections and escalations
- Maintain high standards of customer service, CRM usage, admin and compliance
