In this Accountant role, you will manage the accounting function across two Vertu Ford dealerships, driving accuracy, compliance and financial insight. You will lead and mentor the accounting team to foster a learning culture while upholding high integrity and customer-focused practices. You’ll work with Kerridge to streamline processes and support responsible business decisions. Responsibilities
- manage dealership accounting across two sites and ensure accurate reporting
- uphold compliance and governance in financial processes
- lead, coach and develop the accounting team to foster learning culture
- utilise Kerridge Accountancy software to drive efficiency and accuracy
- support senior management with financial insight for decision-making
- participate in pre-employment checks and maintain compliance with DBS and right-to-work requirements
