We are looking for an experienced automotive leader, ideally a current or former General Manager, to lead our business at Vertu Land Rover Taunton. This is an exciting opportunity to represent Jaguar Land Rover and lead a prestigious dealership with significant potential. As part of the wider Vertu JLR division, the site operates in a performance-focused environment spanning the Range Rover, Defender and Discovery brands, with a strong emphasis on client care, sales performance and operational excellence.

You will be expected to act in good faith at all times, setting the standard within your dealership and operating in a customer-centric environment where integrity is key. You will drive responsible business practices, deliver the right products and services to meet our customers' needs, protect them from harm, and build long-term loyalty. Trust and integrity are fundamental to this role.
To protect our customers and our reputation, successful candidates will be required to undertake a DBS check, along with regular fit and proper person assessments. We will also request references from previous employers as part of our pre-employment checks.
