If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Vertu Ford Stoke to join our well-established and thriving team as a Service Advisor! Salary: £30,000 basic + fantastic company benefits Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM, plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings What does the role involve? As a Service Advisor, you\’ll be the face of our aftersales department, ensuring our customers receive first-class service. Your role will include: Building trusted relationships with customers, ensuring their experience is second to none Managing customer expectations and keeping them informed throughout their vehicle\’s service or repair Upselling additional services and products where appropriate Following up with customers to ensure they\’re delighted with the work carried out Who are we looking for? For this role, we are looking for you to have a previous customer facing service experience; this is essential for you to be considered. Previous experience within the role would be beneficial but is not essential. Why join us?
