What you\’ll be doing:

In this key role, you\’ll be the vital link between our customers and the workshop team. You\’ll manage customer expectations, keep them updated throughout the service or repair process, and ensure they leave fully satisfied with the work carried out. You\’ll also identify and offer additional services where appropriate, always aiming to deliver an excellent customer experience.
