Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity to join our brilliant team in our Vertu Volkswagen Renewals Hub as a Renewals Hub Manager! This is a great opportunity to join our team and to become an integral part of our success.
We are offering a basic salary of £32,500 and an OTE of £50,000 with a company car.
About the Role:
Within this role, you will be leading and managing the Volkswagen Renewals Team and maximising opportunities for the Advisors to do business by ensuring they prospect renewal opportunities following a prescribed process and follow up on all customers. You must maintain accurate records of all transactions and complete all relevant paperwork in accordance with legal requirements, participate in sales campaigns and promotions that will boost sales penetration and ensure data quality and FSA compliance at all times.
This is a full-time role where you will be working Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm. Whilst there is no weekend working, some flexibility may be required to cover on a weekend to meet business needs.
The current team is above nation average for their performance in internat sales and retention.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within the Motor Trade, ideally at Business Manager Level. It is also essential that the successful candidate has excellent numeracy skills and experience of Financial and Management Information.
