As PPC Manager you will be responsible for managing, monitoring and optimising our PPC campaigns across Google and Bing. You\βll work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that drive traffic, generate leads and maximize ROI for one of our business units. This is a pivotal role where you will contribute directly to the success of our online marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and optimise PPC campaign across Google and Bing ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and ad copy creation to ensure effective campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve CTR, conversion rates and ROI.
- Manage budgets effectively ensuring efficient allocation of advertising spend.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall business goals and marketing initiatives.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to enhance performance.
- Stay updated with the latest search trends and updates in PPC automotive marketing and digital advertising.
- Generate detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand the dealerships groups online whilst maintaining efficiency.
- Work closely with the SEO team sharing learning as well as implementing and developing cross channel best practices that can inform and improve performance for the other Search channel.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google ads, Bing ads and SA360, preferably within automotive or retail industry including experience managing shopping campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google ads, Bing ads, SA360 and related platforms GA4, Google Tag manager, Google Merchant Centre.
- Experience in handling large budgets and optimising spend to achieve business goals.
- Ability to gather performance data and insights and prepare a report on them in a useful actionable format.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Excel for reporting and analysis (e.g. pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) as well as experience with reporting platforms such as Looker studio.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in A/B testing and data-driven optimisations.
- Familiarity with automotive inventory advertising tools and platforms (e.g. VDP Vehicle Details Pages) is a plus.
- Good understanding of other digital marketing channels (SEO, display and paid social).
