We are currently recruiting for a Parts Manager to join us at our Vertu SKODA Chesterfield dealership! This is a full time permanent position offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE up to £36,510 plus company benefits including company car, share incentive scheme and much more!
As our Parts Manager, you will:
- Oversee the parts department and be responsible for maximising departmental profitability while achieving the departmental business plan
- Effectively control and maintain resources, including stock and equipment
- Minimise the risk of financial loss to the company
- Lead and develop the team to create a motivational working environment
- Support colleague retention and encourage continuous improvement
- Promote enhanced performance across the department
It is essential that you are able to demonstrate a successful track record within a managerial position in a Parts Department. You must have strong leadership and people management skills, as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the whole team. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
