Vertu KIA Edinburgh Vertu KIA Edinburgh have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team! We are offering a basic salary of £32,000 plus company benefits! We have a great team on site who are committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and are able to offer a professional service to trade customers. Your daily duties will include dealing with incoming trade parts enquires and orders via telephone and online platforms. You will be able to accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements, Utilising all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set, Identifying and maximising all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures, be able to maintain your own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through the completion of appropriate training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls etc. Ideally for this role you will have Parts Experience from a similar role within the Motor industry. You will need to be ambitious and have a determination to seek out new sales opportunities within our customer database and exceed parts sales objectives on a daily basis. You will be required to work alternate Saturdays, as per the departmental rota, between the hours of 8.00am and 12.00pm.
