Overview
Vertu Ford Kings Norton has an opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our team. We are offering a basic salary of £26,000 plus company benefits.
Responsibilities
Deal with incoming trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms. Accurately identify parts to meet customer sales requirements and utilise product promotions to achieve targets. Identify and maximise upsell opportunities to grow overall sales figures. Maintain knowledge of new or updated parts through training, bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls, and similar information. You will be required to work alternate Saturdays, as per the departmental rota, between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm.
Qualifications and Skills
Ideally, you will have parts experience from a similar role within the motor industry. You should be ambitious with a determination to seek out new sales opportunities within our customer database and aim to exceed parts sales objectives daily.
