Responsibilities
- Build and present tailored finance and insurance packages
- Support the delivery of Vertu's proven sales process
- Drive departmental performance against targets
- Maximise vehicle and product sales opportunities
- Ensure customers receive clear, compliant information
- Promote finance, warranties, insurance products and protection packages
- Support both first and second-facing customer interactions
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with management and sales teams to meet dealership objectives
Key requirements
- Previous experience in a Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Senior Sales Executive within the motor industry
- Strong understanding of finance and insurance products and related regulations
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate and close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship-building with customers and colleagues
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and initiative
- Genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer outcomes
- Full UK Driving Licence
