Vertu Vauxhall Durham is a member of one of the UK's largest motor retailers. We are recruiting a Management Accountant to join our team.
We offer a basic salary of £35,000 plus company benefits. The ideal candidate is an experienced Management Accountant or Assistant Accountant who can advance to the next level. Working knowledge of Kerridge or similar accounting systems and previous motor trade experience are preferred but not essential. Effective communication with all financial and non-financial colleagues, clients, and customers is required.
Responsibilities:
- Forecasts
- Estimates
- Production of Management Accounts
- Payroll
- Reconciliation of balance sheets
- Accruals and prepayments
- Cash flow
- Reconciling manufacturer bonuses
Attributes:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft packages
