We have a rare opportunity at Vertu Ford Newcastle for a very talented individual to join our team as a Used Commercial Sales Manager!
Following a significant expansion of our Ford territory, we are now the sole Ford retailer in Newcastle forcar and van sales , managing the largest Ford territory in the UK . This presents a unique opportunity to join a high-performing dealership at an exciting stage of growth, with substantial opportunities to drive performance and further develop your career.
We are offering a competitive basic salary of £45,000 with an £55,000 OTEplus company car and company benefits.
As a Used Commercial Sales Manager, you will be leading and managing a controlled sales process through a team and support colleagues through regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart. You will serve and support your team to sell used vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and GAP insurance whilst always ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
