We are offering a basic salary of up to £35,000 with an OTE of up to £39,800, along with a range of excellent company benefits.

About the role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our aftersales experience - ensuring every customer receives a seamless, professional and premium service from start to finish.
You'll act as the key link between our customers and workshop, keeping everything running smoothly while building lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing customer bookings and setting clear expectations
- Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle service or repair
- Identifying and upselling additional products and services where appropriate
- Delivering a first-class customer experience at every touchpoint
- Following up to ensure complete satisfaction and repeat business
What we're looking for
Experience as a Service Advisor isn't essential - if you're eager to learn, we'll help you develop the skills you need.
However, you will need:
- Experience in a customer service role
- Confidence communicating with a wide range of people in a supportive, respectful manner.
- A proactive approach to meeting targets, managing your time and staying calm during peak periods
- Confident using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
