This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant or an Assistant Accountant ready to step up.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant or Assistant Accountant
- Motor trade experience and knowledge of Kerridge (or similar systems) preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Excellent numerical and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- What You'll Be Doing
You will work closely with the team to produce accurate financial information, enabling effective business decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing management accounts
- Forecasts and estimates
- Payroll processing
- Accruals and prepayments
- Cashflow management Balance sheet reconciliations
- Reconciling manufacturer bonuses
- Creating spreadsheets and statistical reports for the management team
- Coaching and developing colleagues within the finance team
