Bodyshop Administrator

• Processing of invoices for work completed.

• General administrative tasks within the department

• Liaising with credit control to assist with the payment of invoices and debt control.

• Assist with the ordering of parts and stock control.

• Assist with the ordering and control of paint and consumable stock.

• Assist with processing of purchase invoices.

• Liaising with customers to discuss the progress of work.

• Managing live job cards and Bodyshop work in progress.

• Assist with updating work provider and manufacturer systems.

• All other duties as required.

For this role, it is essential that you have strong experience in administration and invoicing, excellent organisation skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a bodyshop would be beneficial.

• Employee discount, We are offering a basic salary of £29,000 per annum plus company benefits. This is a full time permanent role across 45 hours per week (Monday-Friday 8am-6pm).
