We\’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as a Administrator Apprentice within our Reward, Payroll and Systems team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognized qualification. ?? About the Role: As a Reward and Benefit Administrator Apprentice, you will support the HR team in delivering a competitive and engaging reward strategy. You\’ll assist in the administration of employee benefits, salary reviews, recognition programs, and payroll. ??? Key Responsibilities: Support the administration of employee benefits including pensions, private medical, and wellbeing initiatives. Assist with data entry and reporting related to compensation, benefits and payroll. Help maintain accurate employee records in HR systems. Respond to employee queries regarding benefits and rewards. Contribute to reward-related projects and process improvements. ?? What You\’ll Learn: Core principles of reward and benefits in HR. HR systems and data management. Communication and stakeholder engagement. Employment law and compliance related to compensation. ? What We\’re Looking For: A keen interest in HR and employee wellbeing. Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship. This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college.
