Do you want to become part of one of the UK\’s largest motor retailers? We are currently recruiting for an Accountant to join us at our Vertu Motors Hyundai and Peugeot Banbury dealership!
We are offering a fantastic salary up to £60,000 depending on experience plus company benefits including a company car, so don\’t miss this opportunity, apply now!
The dealership operates a large Fleet operation on top of New Car Sales, Used Sales and Aftersales. The Fleet operation handles circa 4,000 vehicles per annum with complex bonus structures which need to be accounted for accurately.
Our Accountants are expected to be the best in the industry and as a successful and growing business, we make no apologies for being highly selective in the calibre of new Accountants joining our business.
Responsibilities
- Managing an accounts team of 4 people across our sites, you will be key to the success of our business which has a total headcount of around 56 across our multi-brand site.
- Ensure accurate accounting for the Fleet operation, including complex bonus structures.
Requirements
- Experience as an Accountant within the motor industry is essential
- Excellent numerical, organisational and communication skills
- Commitment to coaching and mentoring your team
- Full UK driver\’s licence
- Experience using Kerridge software would be advantageous
