Vertu BMW Yeovil is expanding, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused people to join us as Sales Advisors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious brand, earn great money, and build a long‑term career — all with no previous motor trade experience required.

  • £32,000 basic salary with realistic OTE of £38,000+, and the potential to earn beyond this.
  • Full training and a structured onboarding plan to give you everything you need to succeed.
  • After just 6 months, you can choose to progress to Sales Executive, taking your OTE to £45,000+, plus a Company Car.
  • True work–life balance: 40‑hour week (five 8‑hour shifts), most Saturdays worked (our busiest day), guaranteed day off during the week, no Sunday working.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll guide customers through their entire BMW buying journey — from arranging test drives and discussing finance options to showcasing accessories and ensuring a seamless handover. You’ll engage with customers in‑store, online, by phone and via video, so confidence with technology and great communication skills are essential.
