At Vertu Vauxhall Waltham Cross, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our experienced and established Service team. What You’ll Be Doing
In this key role, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and the workshop team. You’ll manage customer expectations, keep them updated throughout the service or repair process, and ensure they leave fully satisfied with the work carried out. You’ll also identify and offer additional services where appropriate, always aiming to deliver an excellent customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the motor industry is preffered
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines
- A passion for building positive, long-term customer relationships
