Vertu Volvo Exeter is expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled Service and Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a premium brand while developing your career with one of the UK’s leading motor retailers.
We\’re offering a £2000 sign on bonus! You will be paid £1000 in month one and an additional £1000 in month 13. In additon to this, there is no weekend working!
Salary: up to £36,950 basic, depending on skills and experience
Hours: 41 hours per week
The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience built on trust, quality, and transparency. You’ll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring work is completed right first time, every time.
Your role will be varied and rewarding, covering everything from routine servicing to more complex repairs. You’ll take pride in your workmanship and contribute to a culture where quality and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:
- A recognised Automotive qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician
- MOT licence (desirable but not essential)
- Your own set of tools
- A full UK driving licence
