We are currently looking for a Vehicle Progressor and Merchandiser to join our fantastic team at Vertu Ford Birmingham. We offer a Basic Salary of £12.21 per hour plus excellent company benefits.
The role involves ensuring that each vehicle is photographed and prepared to meet group standards within 72 hours of arrival for advertisement. This includes conducting initial cosmetic inspections, organizing cosmetic work such as wheel refurbishment, painting, trim repairs, valeting, and photographing vehicles for sale. You will also assist the sales manager with writing verbatim comments.
You will be responsible for quality checking the condition of vehicles after preparation, organizing the logistics for returning vehicles to dealerships, and preparing vehicles for sale and photography. Experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.
We are looking for someone who is driven, motivated, disciplined, and able to communicate well with customers. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Your passion, energy, and commitment should be evident at interview. A keen eye for detail and confidence in using technology are also important.
Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence, as collection and delivery of vehicles may be required.
