At Vertu Accident Repair Centre Truro, we are investing heavily in our facilities, technology and people. We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Panel Beater to join our growing team and work with state-of-the-art equipment, the latest repair technology and manufacturer-approved processes.
We are offering a £35,000 basic salary with an OTE of up to £50,000.
You will work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, so no weekend working involved!
About The Role
- Carrying out panel repairs to manufacturer standards.
- Removing and refitting MET components.
- Repairing or replacing damaged vehicle panels.
- Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
- Working efficiently to maintain productivity and cycle time targets.
- Identifying additional damage and reporting findings accurately.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair environment.
- Ability to complete your own MET work.
- Strong understanding of modern vehicle construction and repair techniques.
- Experience working with a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
- ATA or NVQ accreditation.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Positive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Your own tools
