Vertu Ducati & BMW Motorrad Sunderland are recruiting for a Branch Manager to join our successful team! This is a unique opportunity to join our team leading the way with Motorcycles and help support both Ducati and BMW Motorrad. Ducati owns a prestigious position within the motorcycle community, solidified with over 90 years of history and tradition in technology, style and racing victories. The success and status of the Ducati brand is achieved through devotion to excellence, quality, professionalism and commitment to victory.
We are offering a competitive basic salary of up to £50,000 with an OTE up to £70,000 plus a range of company benefits!
As a Branch Manager, you will be accountable for all aspects of the sites you manage, fostering manufacturer relationships, introducing marketing strategies to improve performance, controlling finance and cost control and of course people management. You must have strong leadership skills as your primary focus will be to motivate and inspire your team to be the best that they can be, while ensuring policies, processes and legislation are adhered to and customer and colleague health and safety is prioritised to ensure everyone goes home safe at the end of each day.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry who is ready to take the next step up; full training and coaching will be provided to assist in making the transition. We would also welcome applications from Branch Manager/General Manager applicants. Ideally, the right candidate will be passionate about motorcycles and will have experience working with them, although this is not essential.
It is essential you have experience of working within a main dealership management role and be totally committed to achieving excellence. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must also be able to demonstrate a proven successful track record within CSI.
You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
