We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team at Vertu Ford Stafford. This role comes with a competitive basic salary of £28,000, plus on-target earnings of £34,000, with the ability to earn well above this level, and no previous experience is required! We provide full training and a comprehensive onboarding programme to help you succeed and maximise your earnings from day one.

After 6 months you can transfer to become a Sales Executive (should you wish to), taking your on-target earnings to £45,000+ plus a Company Car. In addition to earning potential, we deliver true work-life balance. You will work a 40-hour work week (five 8-hour shifts per week), including the majority of Saturdays (our busiest sales day) and a guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays so you can relax.

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll support customers through their entire car-buying journey, whether you’re arranging test drives, helping customers select the right finance, or guiding them through accessories. You’ll ensure every customer has a fantastic experience. Our team engages with customers online, in-store, on the phone or by video, nationally as well as locally; therefore strong communication skills and confidence using technology are essential.

All we need from you is a full driving licence (manual and automatic) and an ability to demonstrate that you can provide great customer service. If you have worked within retail, hospitality, or any customer-service or sales-led field we want to hear from you!
