Main Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain effective processes to achieve customer satisfaction levels above the national manufacturer average.
- Monitor and control departmental costs in line with the business plan while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group expectations.
- Uphold Honda manufacturer standards at all times.
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor colleague performance to achieve departmental objectives.
