At Vertu Vauxhall Macclesfield, we’re looking for a confident and driven individual to lead ourexceptionally busy service department– the most active on our site and likely the busiest on the industrial estate! You’ll be joining a stable, supportive leadership team in a well-established dealership that’s part of one of the largest motor retailer groups in the UK.

Salary: £38,000 basic | £48,000 OTE + comprehensive benefits.

We offer aMonday to Friday schedule – no weekends, acompany car, and a team-focused environment where you’ll have the backing you need to succeed.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and supporting a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Managing service operations to meet key targets in customer satisfaction, efficiency, and cost control
  • Ensuring a safe and inclusive working environment for all team members
  • Maintaining high standards in compliance with manufacturer and group requirements
  • Using data and systems to track performance, customer insights, and areas for growth
