Here at Vertu SKODA Nottingham, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our well‑established business. If you wish to become part of one of the largest Motor Retailers in the UK, then please take a look at what we can offer you.

We are offering a £30,000 basic salary plus company benefits.

The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important positions in our dealership. Like us, you understand that customer service isn’t just about providing a service – it’s about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the key link between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels remain outstanding.

You will be responsible for setting customer expectations, keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, upselling additional products, and following up to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.

To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced Service Advisor and ideally hold VAG accreditation. Customer focus, relationship building and strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines.

Previous experience within the role would be beneficial but is not essential.
