We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team at Vertu Ford Morpeth
This role comes with a competitive basic salary of £28,000, plus an on-target earnings of £34,000, with the ability to earn well above this level,and no previous experience is required!
We provide full training and a comprehensive onboarding program to help you succeed and maximise your earnings from day one. After 6-monthsyou can transfer to be a Sales Executive, (should you wish to), taking your on-target earnings to £45,000+ plus a Company Car.
In addition to delivering you great earnings potential, we will also deliver you true work-life balance. You will work a 40-hour work week, (five 8 hour shifts per week), and will be in most Saturdays, (our busiest sales day), and have a guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays so you can sit back and relax on this day every week without fail.
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll support customers through their entire car-buying journey, whether you’re arranging test drives, helping customers select the right finance, or guiding them through accessories, you’ll ensure every customer has a fantastic experience. Our team engage with customers online, in-store, on the phone or by video, nationally as well as locally, therefore strong communication skills and being confident using technology are essential.
All we need from you is a full driving licence (manual and automatic) and an ability to demonstrate that you can provide great customer service. If you have worked within retail, hospitality, or any customer service or sales led field we want to hear from you!
