Vertu Motors is recruiting for a new Project General Manager in the Midlands (and surrounding area). To be successful in this role, you must have a significant track record as a Motor Retail General Manager operating in the franchise dealership network. You will need to quickly establish yourself in a business, motivate and develop a team with a high level of drive, energy, and enthusiasm.

You must have a great work ethic, high personal standards that match our Values, and the ability to generate results. The role will report to both our Chief Executive and one of our Operational Board level directors, with placements around the Group before being appointed to a more permanent role, either as a General Manager in a larger format dealership or into a more senior role where appropriate.

We have a proven fast-track on-boarding and induction programme to ensure you understand our business model and can succeed quickly. While no promises can be made on promotion, many people recruited this way have advanced their careers in the Group, from high-ranking General Managers to director level. Some enjoy the variety of the Project GM role and the challenge of leading new teams to success.
