Parts Advisor – Vertu Vauxhall Chingford
Vertu Vauxhall Chingford have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team!
We are offering a basic salary of £28,925 plus company benefits! This is a full‑time permanent role working 8am–5pm Mon–Thurs, 8am–4:30pm on Fridays and no weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Deal with incoming trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms.
- Accurately identify parts to meet customer requirements, utilising all product promotions to achieve specific targets.
- Identify and maximise upsell opportunities to grow overall sales figures.
- Maintain knowledge of new or updated parts through training and industry information.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Part experience from a similar role within the motor industry or a technical background.
- Ambitious and determined to seek new sales opportunities within the customer database.
- Ability to exceed parts sales objectives on a daily basis.
