The predicted salary is between 22800 - 28600 £ per year.
Join our brilliant team at Vertu KIA Nottingham as a Parts Advisor! We are offering a basic salary of £28,600 plus company benefits. You will be required to work alternate Saturdays, as per the departmental rota, between the hours of 8.00am and 12.00pm.
We have a great team on site who are committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and are able to offer a professional service to trade customers. Your daily duties will include:
- Dealing with incoming trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms.
- Accurately identifying parts to meet customer sales requirements.
- Utilising all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set.
- Identifying and maximising all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures.
- Maintaining your own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through the completion of appropriate training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls, etc.
Ideally, you will have parts experience from a similar role within the motor industry. You will need to be ambitious and have a determination to seek out new sales opportunities within our customer database and exceed parts sales objectives on a daily basis.
