At Vertu Kia & MG Edinburgh, we're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Part Time Fleet Administrator to join our successful Fleet Department. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of the UK's leading automotive retail groups, supporting a growing fleet operation while delivering an outstanding experience for our business customers.

We are offering a Β£30,000 basic salary pro rata, depending on experience, plus an excellent range of company benefits.
Hours: 20 to 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility around working patterns.
As a Part Time Fleet Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our fleet sales operation, delivering exceptional customer service to our local fleet clients while ensuring all vehicle administration is completed accurately and efficiently.
Working closely with customers, manufacturers, suppliers and colleagues, you'll help ensure a seamless customer journey from vehicle order through to delivery, while providing vital administrative support to the wider Fleet Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ordering new vehicles and managing orders directly with manufacturers
- Progressing vehicle orders from initial placement through to client delivery
- Processing costs and bonuses using Sales Master and reconciling back to Kerridge deal profit
- Providing administrative support to other Fleet Department colleagues
- Ensuring the Service and Parts departments receive sufficient notice of required work
- Completing invoicing and vehicle taxing accurately and on time
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the vehicle ordering process
- Communicating effectively with customers, suppliers and internal departments
- Ensuring all internal processes and compliance procedures are followed at all times

The successful candidate will ideally have previous administration experience within a fleet, automotive, sales support, or customer service environment.
