Outstanding Salary Packages
Earn between £28,840 and £43,000, based on skills and experience. This is based on a 40‑hour working week, with Saturdays paid as overtime, plus the opportunity to earn an additional over‑performance bonus.
We’re also offering a £4000 sign-on bonus. You’ll receive £2000 when you join us and an additional £2000 in month 13 of your employment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering an honest, reliable, and professional experience for every customer. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
- Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles to the highest standards
- Applying your technical expertise to both routine and complex repairs
- Taking pride in achieving quality results and first-time fixes

Salary Tiers (Based On Skills And Accreditation)
- Service & Maintenance Technician – Up to £38,200
- Service & Diagnostic Technician – Up to £40,600
- Senior Technician – Up to £43,000
What You’ll Need
- A relevant qualification (e.g., City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Automotive)
- Hands‑on experience working as a Vehicle Technician at a main dealership
- Your own set of tools
- A full UK driving licence
