Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and refine marketing channel and website performance analytics across multiple websites to deliver actionable insight.
- Produce web performance improvement hypotheses, options and recommendations to test, evaluate, and learn working with Digital Marketing team.
- Support Web Development projects as Analytics lead as part of the team.
- Create, maintain, and refine website tagging across all group websites to accurately track customer journeys and interactions for dashboards and actionable insight.
- Day-to-day management of digital marketing briefs into the Insight & Analytics team.
- Provide templates, review briefs with stakeholders, prioritise effectively, ensure delivery meets requirements / deadlines and review output with stakeholders.
- Web channel / CTA attribution modelling and developing KPI targets to hit our marketing qualified lead and sales plans.
- Web call tracking, analytics, and insight to optimise performance from Google My Business profile calls and calls from our websites through to qualified lead & sale.
- Analytics support for digital marketing AB testing by campaign, call to action and UX changes to provide an understanding of impact and further optimisation.
- Web data governance, documentation, and definition working closely with Digital marketing and IT Data teams.
Skills And Experience
- Experience of developing analytical insight from GA4.
- Experience in web tagging and tracking using Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and web analytics.
- Adept at working with data to summarise & present with clear actionable insight.
- Skilled in developing reports and dashboards with visualisation tools.
- Good communication and collaborative skills to be highly effective in working closely with digital marketing and web development teams.
- Digital marketing acumen and a customer-focused approach.
- Organised and detail oriented.
