At our Vertu Accident Repair Centre in Loughborough, we currently have an excellent opportunity for a Workshop Controller to join our outstanding team. We are offering a Β£36,000 Basic Salary with an OTE of Β£40,000.
The Workshop Controller role is one of the busiest and most important positions within the dealership. It involves assigning work to Vehicle Technicians to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the workshop. You will be responsible for planning all incoming work, managing the time and resources of your team, and ensuring productivity is maximised with all deadlines consistently met.
In addition to the core responsibilities, the role may also include ordering and sorting parts, maintaining accurate stock levels, and carrying out general administrative duties to support the wider workshop operation.
It is essential that you have previous experience within the Motor Trade, ideally from a Bodyshop or Senior Technician background. This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate a proven track record of performance. You will bring exceptional communication skills and must hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
