Working in our Vertu Accident Repair Centre Gloucester, you will be undertaking a Business Administration apprenticeship while working towards becoming a full-time Administrator. An Administration Apprentice will be responsible for maintaining accurate vehicle records that comply with all Group and legal requirements.

Your apprenticeship with Vertu will be diverse and fast-paced, with no two days being the same. As well as having regular meetings with your Apprenticeship provider (LSP) and completing your coursework, you will also be a fully-fledged member of our team, learning and building relationships.

Your key duties will include:

  • Maintain accurate vehicle records, including deal files that comply with all Group and legal requirements.
  • Refer to the Group vehicle admin policy.
  • Process deals through the system in a timely fashion and in accordance with Group and legal requirements.
  • Maintain relationships both internally and externally.
  • Be an active member of the team by providing accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain all relationships in a manner in keeping with the company values at all times.
  • Document Management: accurately manage and co-ordinate the distribution of documents.

Applicants are required to have, or predicted to obtain, GCSE Grade A*-C / 9-4 or Functional Skills Level 2 (or equivalent) in the following subjects:

  • English
  • Maths
  • One other subject

What qualification are you working toward? Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship. This apprenticeship is delivered through work-based learning, which means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated a tutor who will provide a mixture of interactive online group teaching and 1-1 training monthly.
