Role Overview
As a Fleet Supply Coordinator, you will support the Fleet Sales Manager in delivering exceptional customer service to our local fleet clients while providing administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing orders directly from the manufacturer using the Ebbon Dacs Leaselink system.
- Progressing orders from initial placement to client delivery.
- Providing administrative support to other Fleet Department colleagues.
- Ensuring the service and parts departments receive ample notice of required work.
- Completing invoicing and vehicle taxing accurately and on time.

Ideal Candidate
Previous experience with Kerridge (Drive) and Ebbon Dacs is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. Excellent IT, PC, and numerical skills are required.
