We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team supporting our Jaguar Land Rover division covering a national remit. As the 4th largest Motor retailer in the UK with over 193 retail sales outlets UK wide, this vacancy represents a superb opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our highly commercial and agile HR team working within a large growing PLC.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Divisional Leadership Team and supported by the Head of Human Resources to drive the delivery of the Groups HR strategy within the Jaguar Land Rover division.
- Provide advice that is risk based and commercially focused to facilitate transformational and organisational change throughout the division.
- Manage business acquisitions, TUPE transfers, remuneration schemes, colleague stability, harmonisation exercises, talent development, colleague engagement and change management projects on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the established central HR functions including Employee Relations, Recruitment, Training, and Reward and Benefits.
- Travel to influence management and support dealership management teams in all people-related matters.
Qualifications
- CIPD qualified (or working towards).
- Experience coaching managers through change on a regular basis.
- Experience delivering a wide range of HR advice and support.
- Strong foundation in Employee Relations.
- IT literacy including Microsoft packages.
- Numeracy and literacy skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong planning and organising skills.
- A valid UK driving license.
