Vertu – Team Valley Gateshead is recruiting a Call Centre Advisor to join our Contact Centre Bookings Team. You’ll handle inbound calls for services, MOTs, repairs and recalls while upselling where possible and working to KPIs to maximise your bonus.
The role is 41 hours per week with hybrid working: Mon-Fri 09:00–17:30 and 1 in 4 Saturdays 09:00–13:00, plus a competitive package including a basic salary of £27,097.72 and a KPI-driven bonus.
