We are currently recruiting for a Franchise Manager to join us at Vertu Vauxhall Carlisle.

We are offering a basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE of £60,000, plus a company car and benefits.

We also prioritize work-life balance, with our dealership closed on Sundays, allowing you to relax every week without fail.

As part of our team, you’ll represent a prestigious automotive brand known for quality and innovation, providing customers with a premium experience throughout their journey. You’ll receive full training and onboarding to help you succeed and maximize your earning potential. As a Sales Manager, you\’ll lead a team, guide customers through the buying process, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities include managing the sales process, coaching your team, promoting add-on products, and managing sales campaigns ethically. Experience in the motor industry, especially with Electric Vehicles, is advantageous.

We seek a talented, experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive results.
