We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our well‑established business in Crewe on a 12‑month maternity cover. If you wish to become part of one of the largest motor retailers in the UK, please read what we can offer you.

Salary and Benefits

Basic salary up to £30,900, depending on experience, plus company benefits. Responsibilities

  • Act as the relationship manager between customers and the workshop, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Set customer expectations and maintain communication throughout the service or repair of their vehicle.
  • Upsell additional products and follow up with customers to confirm they are pleased with the work carried out.
  • Work in a fast‑paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar Service Advisor role.
  • Strong customer focus and relationship‑maintenance skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet targets.
