Are you an experiencedParts Advisor,Trade Parts AdvisororAutomotive Parts Specialistlooking for your next opportunity within a leadingmotor retailbusiness? AtVertu Renault Exeter, we are looking for a customer-focused and commercially minded individual to join our successfulParts Department.
This is a part time opportunity working7.30am - 12pm Monday to Friday.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within theautomotive industry, working with both retail and trade customers, supplying genuineRenault vehicle parts, accessories and automotive products while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling incoming trade and customer parts enquiries via telephone, email and online platforms
- Accurately identifying and supplying the correct vehicle parts to meet customer requirements
- Processing parts orders efficiently and ensuring excellent customer service throughout
- Maximising sales opportunities through upselling and promoting current offers and campaigns
- Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Maintaining product knowledge through manufacturer training, updates, bulletins and parts catalogues
- Supporting the achievement of departmental sales targets and objectives
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive and sales-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a desire to develop your career within the motor industry
