Vertu Hyundai Dunfermline have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team!
We're offering £29,702 per anum with a 42-hour working week, plus an excellent range of company benefits and ongoing development opportunities.

About The Role
You'll be joining a friendly and successful team that is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience and providing a professional service to our retail, trade, and workshop customers.
This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for handling incoming parts enquiries and orders, supporting the workshop, and helping to maximise parts sales opportunities.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Dealing with trade, retail, and internal parts enquiries via telephone, email, and online platforms
- Accurately identifying and supplying parts to meet customer requirements
- Supporting workshop requirements and ensuring parts are available when needed
- Processing parts orders efficiently and accurately
- Maximising sales opportunities through upselling and promoting current offers
- Developing and maintaining product knowledge through manufacturer training and updates
- Keeping up to date with new products, recalls, special offers, catalogues, and parts bulletins
- Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
What We're Looking For
Ideally, you'll have previous Parts Advisor experience within the motor industry and a good understanding of automotive parts operations.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Previous Parts Advisor or automotive parts experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- A proactive and sales-focused approach
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT and system skills
- A commitment to delivering excellent service and achieving departmental objectives
