About the role
- This is a busy, high-performing bookings centre where you’ll:
- Handle inbound calls from customers booking services, MOTs, repairs and recalls
- Maximise every interaction by upselling additional products and services
- Work towards KPIs, with performance directly linked to your bonus
- Deliver a professional, efficient and friendly customer experience on every call
This is a full-time, permanent position working 41 hours per week. You will be working Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 09:00am – 13:00pm.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have previous call centre/contact centre experience
- Are confident working towards targets and KPIs
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Are comfortable using systems and handling a high volume of calls
- Motor trade experience is helpful but not essential
