Vertu Motors is recruiting for a new Project General Manager in the Midlands (and surrounding area). This role has been the stepping stone for several talented people to join the team and advance their careers. To be successful, you must have a significant track record as a Motor Retail General Manager operating in the franchise dealership network.
You will need to quickly establish yourself in a business, motivate and develop a team with a high level of drive, energy, and enthusiasm. A great work ethic and high personal standards that align with our Values are essential, as well as the ability to generate results.
The role will report to both our Chief Executive and one of our Operational Board level directors, with placements around the Group before being appointed to a more permanent role, either as a General Manager in a larger format dealership or into a more senior role where appropriate.
We have a proven fast-track onboarding and induction programme to ensure you understand our business model and can succeed quickly. While no promises can be made on promotion, many people recruited this way have advanced to high-ranking General Managers or director level positions.
